Job Description
A client is looking for a Benefits Assistant to support two primary areas of the Employee Benefits team. First, the individual will serve as a point of contact for employees regarding retirement benefit offerings. Using a provided benefits guide, they will respond to employee inquiries, deliver accurate information, and ensure a positive support experience. Second, the individual will assist with bi-weekly new hire orientation sessions. This work will be performed under the guidance of the Benefits Manager and will involve supporting the delivery of benefits-related information to newly hired employees.
