Job Description
A large employer is hiring for an Engineering Manager to help lead the onshore portion of a team 12. This resource will be responsible for 4 Engineers onshore and work closely with a mirror Engineering Manager who oversees a team of 8 offshore. While this is a management role, it does require a level of technical ability. This person will be expected to do code reviews and provide guidance on development for a GenAI platform the team is creating. The breakdown of responsibilities will be 30% management and 70% technical hands on. At this point, we do prefer that resources sit in Nashville, Tampa, or Atlanta.

10+ years of full stack development experience in .NET stack
Knowledge of Python
Experience developing UI with any JavaScript library
Strong SQL skills
Experience deploying into Azure cloud
Experience with people management
Local to Nashville, Tampa, or Atlanta
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ReactJS experience
Experience developing GenAI or Agentic
