Job Description
As a Business Intelligence Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the development, analysis, and optimization of data processes, structures, and models to ensure efficient and reliable data integration across the organization. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and enhancing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to streamline data flow and transformation, as well as analyzing and resolving data integrity issues to maintain high standards of accuracy. You will collaborate closely with business intelligence developers to gather requirements for complex datasets and provide technical support in monitoring and troubleshooting data environments to ensure optimal performance. This role requires a detail-oriented approach, a strong focus on data accuracy and efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively to support the organization’s data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of SQL experience
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries for data retrieval and analysis
Understanding database on a cloud platform
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
MS in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related applied quantitative field preferred
Experience with Blue Yonder TMS
Experience with 1010 Reporting Software
Google platform - understanding big queries and data pipeline
