Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing BI tools, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights that drive logistics and supply chain operations. You will work with large datasets using tools such as SQL and Power BI to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical BI solutions. You will also integrate BI solutions with existing logistics systems, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms. Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in logistics and business intelligence, you will recommend innovative approaches to solve business challenges and document best practices. Additionally, you will develop and maintain complex data models to uncover trends and actionable insights, support predictive and prescriptive analytics initiatives, and monitor the performance of BI solutions using key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related applied quantitative field
3+ years experience developing data
Basic SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries for data retrieval and analysis

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics experience
Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation
Experience with WMS, TMS
Experience with 1010 Reporting Software
