Job Description

A client based in Nashville, TN is looking for Medical Records Specialists to assist with their annual NHSN/CMS Audit. These teammates will be responsible for pulling record sets for CMS across three phases of the audit. As records are pulled, specialists will identify and log any missing documentation in both a CMS spreadsheet and the internal system. While they won’t be responsible for uploading records to the Medicare portal, they will work closely with the teammate who does. The speed and efficiency of record retrieval will determine the duration of the assignment. Though local candidates are preferred, the role can be fully remote, and strong performers may be extended beyond the initial timeline.
