Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic leader to oversee our Nashville branch. This role is responsible for driving profitability, managing teams, and ensuring successful execution of commercial roofing and wall panel projects. The ideal candidate brings strong construction management experience, operational insight, and a passion for team development.

Responsibilities:
• Lead branch operations, project delivery, and team performance
• Drive sales growth and client relationships
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Collaborate with leadership on regional strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in commercial roofing, construction, or general contracting
• 3+ years in a branch, regional, or operations management role
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills
• Deep understanding of commercial flat roofing systems and construction practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in project and business management software (Sage CRE 300, The Edge preferred)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regionally as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Work experience for a national roofing company
