Insight Global is looking for an HR Business Partner for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits 100% remote. This HRBP will be responsible for managing all HR functions for a company in the financial services industry with approximately 60-70 employees. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling a variety of HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, employee benefits administration, performance/change management, and other duties as-assigned. They will be working cross-functionally with multiple business units to re-vamp the employee handbook, facilitate training programs for leadership and new-hires, and ensure that all company policies are compliant within state/federal laws. They will also be running point on any HR-related projects. This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity that sits 100% remote

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
ADP experience (strongly preferred)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or similar
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate multiple several business units
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Financial Services industry experience
Masters Degree / MBA
SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certifications
