Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to support IT and manufacturing operations. This role involves working closely with production teams, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders to implement processes, gather requirements, and ensure traceability across multiple projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, willing to work on the production floor, and eager to grow their skills.
This position can pay from $40-$50/hr based on experience level.

Required Skills & Experience
•5+ years of experience as a business analyst within manufacturing or engineering environments.
•Proven experience gathering and developing detailed business requirements for small and large-scale projects.
•Ability to maintain traceability across SDLC artifacts.
•Learn and document IT components, business processes and their usage.
•Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
•Familiarity with SDLC processes and product implementation support.
•Strong communication skills and business acumen.
•Displays an eagerness to learn and grow.
