A client of Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Planner to supervise the maintenance team to achieve cost and efficiency goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensure tools and parts are available, and support production and engineering needs.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in production maintenance.
• 5+ years supervisory experience.
• Skills in planned maintenance, breakdown analysis, spare parts control, CMMS.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and sourcing abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, and preventative maintenance software).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ISO 9000 and lean manufacturing experience preferred.
