Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled React Developer to join a team out of Nashville, TN. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase. This position is Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite and compensation ranges from $70-80/hr. Some additional responsibilities are below.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• 8+ Years in UI Development with at least 5 years in React Development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux)
• Experience validating security around RESTful APIs
• Experience with Backend technologies such as SQLite
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Strong communicator and personality
