Job Description

IFF is seeking an Associate Production Engineer for its Memphis, TN manufacturing facility. This role is part of the production group and is focused on providing daily execution leadership and production planning for the food ingredient operations team. The engineer will optimize manufacturing performance and drive operational execution excellence. This requires to be on site 5x a week from 7am to 4:30pm.

Required Skills & Experience

BS in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering
Familiarity with process control systems and troubleshooting
Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office and engineering software (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Co-op/internship experience as a process/production engineer in a manufacturing environment
Experience in food ingredient manufacturing or related industry
Experience in unit operations troubleshooting
