Job Description
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will design and develop firmware for power assist devices in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and IEC 62304 standards. You will work on ESP32-based systems and ARM microcontrollers, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performance embedded solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of embedded firmware development experience
Embdded development experience
Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
Hands-on experience with ESP32 (FreeRTOS, Wi-Fi, BLE) and/or ARM Cortex-M.(plus) – small micros / micro controller
Familiarity with RTOS, low-level drivers, and hardware bring-up.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of secure coding practices and cybersecurity for medical devices.(plus)
Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO 13485).
Familiarity with IEC 62304 software lifecycle processes.
Knowledge of power management, bootloaders, and OTA updates.
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing and automated test frameworks.
