Job Description

We are looking for two Contract Testers to support a high-volume data migration validation effort. The role involves manually comparing data between two systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. Test scripts are already prepared — we need hands-on testers to help push through the final stages before year-end.

Key Responsibilities
Execute manual test cases to validate data migration between systems.
Compare and verify data accuracy across source and target systems.
Document discrepancies and work with the team to resolve issues.
Follow existing test scripts and procedures.
Support the team through a high-volume testing cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with manual testing in a data migration context.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
Ability to follow structured test scripts and document results.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience with healthcare data or lab result systems.
Familiarity with data validation tools or ETL testing.
Experience working on end-of-year delivery cycles or similar high-pressure projects.
