Our customer is looking for a Marketing Enterprise
Architect. Our preference is this person is local to Nashville and able to come onsite 1-3 days a week.
This role focuses on building and executing a strategic roadmap for MarTech by auditing current systems and aligning technology with business goals like analytics, campaign performance, and patient engagement. It involves designing scalable, secure solution architectures, evaluating and implementing platforms such as CRM and CMS, and enforcing governance standards. The position also leads data architecture efforts to unify the patient journey while ensuring HIPAA compliance across all marketing technologies.

8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least 5 years in a hands-on architecture role focused on marketing technology.
Proven experience designing and implementing integrated MarTech stacks, including expert-level knowledge of several of the following:
o CRM Platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud)
o Marketing Automation (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot)
o Content Management Systems (CMS) (e.g. WordPress)
o Analytics & Visualization Tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4)
o Customer Data Platforms (CDP) (e.g. Freshpaint).
Deep, practical knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their application to digital marketing, patient communication, and data management.
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its ecosystem.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and their associated data privacy considerations (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Direct experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or behavioral health industry is strongly preferred.
