A client in the Nashville TN area is seeking an Install Tech for a contract to hire opportunity. This Technician will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting low-voltage panels, wiring, and associated devices, while delivering reliable, high-quality customer support. This role includes instructing customers on system operation and functionality, performing system testing and signal verification, and maintaining appropriate inventory of equipment and tools. The individual will organize and utilize technical resources to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. Accurate documentation of service activities and hours worked is required, along with the prompt submission of all task-related reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to complete additional projects as assigned. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and procedural documents in English is essential.

Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
Must have one (1) or more years of experience.
Must have a working knowledge of enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
Working knowledge of local/national codes desired.
Must be able to read drawings and pull wires accordingly.
