Our client is Goodlettsville, TN is looking for a Payment Services Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and reconciling transaction data from the retail stores against the payment data coming from the card processors. If a discrepancy is found in your research, you are required to dig in on where the discrepant charge was made and take action to correct it. This is a high-volume data role that will require attention to detail and critical thinking when researching for discrepancies. You will be given oversight of 1500 stores and will be expected to report & document the disputes to ensure they are resolved so that all stores balance out. This team is looking for someone who is a go-getter, can work independently, and has a hunger for uncovering data discrepancies. This role will require you to be on-site full time.

1-2 years of accounting, finance, or banking experience
Experience reconciling accounts or payment statements
Experience researching out of balance accounts
Excel experience (basic to intermediate skills)
