Saturday and Sunday 5am - 5pm (1 opening) OR Saturday and Sunday 5pm - 5am (2 openings)
One of our growing technology clients is seeking 3 front desk coordinators/ambassadors to join their team part time. These individuals will be employed on a part time basis; weekends only, 12 hour shifts. These individuals will be responsible for but not limited to the following -
Warmly welcome and greet employees, contractors, and guests.
Verify that only authorized individuals gain entry to the site.
Serve as the point of contact between hosts and new hires or visitors.
Supervise access control, visitor management, and fire alarm systems.
Assist with the check-in and check-out procedures for site visitors.
Handle the return process for ID badges.
Take on additional front desk responsibilities as the role develops.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience coordinating and escalating security issues to a security team when needed
Experience in a front desk / customer service position
Heavy customer service experience
Ability to work weekends and 12 hour shifts
HS Diploma
Familiarity with operating access control and visitor management systems.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
Previous law enforcement, emergency response, or military experience
