Job Description

Insight Global’s client in Knoxville, TN is looking to hire 2 Service Technicians to help manage their growing business. The Service Technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining existing CCTV, alarm, fire, and access control technologies across the Knoxville and surrounding region for commercial clients. This person will need prior experience supporting access control and security systems, and will need to be proficient using security tools including multimeters, resistors, and relays. They will likely be supporting an average of 3-4 jobs per day based on the complexity of the service request.

The Service Technician will be supplied with a company van (with gas card), basic power tools, and a ladder to be able to support these projects. Standard working hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. We are paying between $23-30/hr W2 based on experience, and this role is eligible for overtime. Please apply if you’re interested!

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-10+ years of experience servicing and maintaining access control and security systems
- Proficiency with multimeters, resistors, relays, and similar security tools
