We are seeking a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to work on an ongoing contract onsite in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business units and our data infrastructure, responding to real-time data requests, uncovering trends, identifying anomalies, and highlighting actionable insights that support business decisions across the organization.
The work in the Command Center will be with SMEs, stakeholders, engineers, operators, and general managers in the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Engage with multiple business units to understand data-related needs and provide timely analytical support.
Monitor data streams to identify trends, outliers, and patterns using statistical and visualization tools.
Detect and flag anomalies or operational risks based on historical and real-time data.
Create concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to improve data availability and quality.
Support the development of alerts and KPIs used by the Command Center for proactive decision-making.

24 years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in SQL and data manipulation tools (Excel, Python, or R).
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Familiarity with anomaly detection and trend analysis techniques.
Strong communication skills including ability to develop and deliver presentations, and to interact effectively and positively with all levels of Company personnel.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, centralized environment.
Masters degree or certifications in data analytics or business intelligence tools.
Background in operational analytics, command center environments, or real-time monitoring scenarios.
