As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as the visionary architect of our sophisticated technical frameworks. Your role is critical, ensuring the flawless integration, validation, and optimization of complex systems from concept to completion. You will spearhead efforts to harmonize system components, deftly balancing cost, risk, and supportability to deliver exceptional solutions. Your expertise will translate product requirements into cohesive systems solutions that meet technical, schedule, and budgetary demands. Armed with a robust set of analytical tools, you'll perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and map requirements to solutions, transforming visionary ideas into concrete software innovations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
System Design & Integration:
o Lead the deployment of products and engineering solutions that transform manual business processes into efficient, automated systems
o Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
o Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability.

Experience with Azure cloud platforms and Azure functions for scalable and secure data storage and processing
Experience with ensuring interoperability between different clinical systems and platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange and collaboration
Experience and familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) including navigating and managing document repositories, understanding quality management workflows, supporting compliance e with regulatory standards
Configuration & Release Management - Experience with change management processes, promoting and deploying solutions across environments, supporting release cycles and ensuring system stability
Proficiency in Github and Github actions
Experience working in a healthcare setting
