Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior Human Resource Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role requires high judgment, excellent communication, and a strong grasp of nuanced HR and compensation processes. You'll be the point of contact for hiring managers, guiding them through complex offer and relocation workflows while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding offer generation, contract components, and next steps
Process HR transactions related to internal transfers and hiring (volume over 200,000 annually)
Execute compensation analyses and generate employee offer letters
Utilize a variety of tools—some automated, some manual—with the ability to double-check outputs and apply additional calculations
Support global relocation and immigration tasks, including benefits negotiation across regions (e.g., Costa Rica, India, North America)
Ensure compliance with posting requirements and sensitive information handling
Identify proper stakeholders to loop in depending on the situation and maintain discretion with sensitive contracts
Help scale complex HR processes at a reasonable pace while improving efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in a professional work environment, ideally supporting HR or compensation functions
Strong judgment and problem-solving skills—especially in ambiguous or complex cases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and guide others, including at the director level, toward clear decisions
Not a call center role, but must be extremely comfortable speaking with stakeholders via phone on nuanced topics
Solid customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working structured shifts, including weekends
