23 years of experience in a professional work environment, ideally supporting HR or compensation functions
Strong judgment and problem-solving skillsespecially in ambiguous or complex cases
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and guide others, including at the director level, toward clear decisions
Not a call center role, but must be extremely comfortable speaking with stakeholders via phone on nuanced topics
Solid customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working structured shifts, including weekends
