Sourcing is done through platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. The recruiter will then screen applicants, taking detailed notes throughout the process. Once suitable candidates are identified, they will be submitted to the hiring manager, and interviews will be scheduled promptly. Throughout the process, the recruiter ensures to go the extra mile by obtaining detailed feedback and guiding candidates through it. When forming offer details, the recruiter will discuss salaries with the manager before passing the information to the onboarding team. The role requires the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and manage 15-20 positions simultaneously.
