Job Description
A healthcare organization based in Nashville, TN is seeking a hybrid Senior Staff Accountant. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Controller and finance team, applying your knowledge of revenue cycle operations to assess performance and prepare timely financial statements in a multi-entity environment. Key responsibilities include reconciling workpapers, developing ad hoc reports, conducting variance analysis, and supporting monthly operating reports. You’ll also assist with capital and operational budgeting, annual audits, and process improvement initiatives. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, mentoring staff accountants, and helping to enhance financial data accuracy and efficiency.
