A client in the Memphis, TN area is looking for an Electrical Installer to join their team. They will be doing a variety of tasks such as installing, programming, system start-up/check-out, and related customer training on assigned fire, security, and/or building automation projects.
· Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of systems and equipment which may include security, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation
· Provides basic installation assistance as directed by the project lead
· Makes suggestions for installation methods to improve profitability and quality.

Minimum of one year of previous, relevant field experience preferred
Basic construction experience including some level of electrical or a low voltage background
Experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
High School diploma or equivalent
Plusses:
Product-specific certifications are helpful; industry-specific certifications desired
Ability to read and understand blueprints, and design drawings including wiring and labeling methods, system wiring, wiring methods, and cable support installation (J-Hook, Raceway, Conduit, Cable Support)
