Insight Global is looking for a Product Engineer to work on site in La Vergne, Tennessee for a global fortune 500 technology manufacturing & design company that is building cloud computing technologies for the world's largest search engine, online retailer and social media companies and working in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Engineering Change Management
Create, review, and process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
Ensure timely and accurate implementation of product design or process changes.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to assess the impact of changes.
Bill of Materials Management
Develop, maintain, and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of BOMs across all products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to validate ECNs and BOM changes.
Ensure proper communication of changes to stakeholders and support training as necessary.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in ECN/BOM management, configuration management, or a related role.
Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools (e.g., Agile, Windchill, Teamcenter).
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
