Job Description

Client is looking for a Project Manager to oversee complex, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion at our facility. If you excel in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and enjoy collaborating with passionate and driven colleagues, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an on-site role based in Memphis, Tennessee, with approximately 20% travel required.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project timelines, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across the company.
Oversee the delivery of network infrastructure projects from start to finish.
Support upstream planning and acquisition teams in developing infrastructure requirements, setting priorities, and establishing delivery date expectations.
Act as the primary contact for engineering teams and escalate issues to engineering management when delivery timelines are at risk.
Lead project status meetings while keeping downstream teams at Client informed about project and delivery statuses.
Manage all documentation, test results, and technical drawings while coordinating with vendors and Client staff for record-keeping and communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
Experience working in Tier 3 or Tier 4 facilities
Experience and knowledge of different fiber types (installing, certifying, troubleshooting, proper cleaning, and validating cleanliness)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in hyperscale or data center
Experience with network planning, engineering, vendor management in the telecommunications/networking industry
