Job Description
A local Nashville employer is hiring for a Project Manager to dedicate to two scrum teams. This resource will be working with many internal employees - some offshore and some onshore. The product is undergoing new feature development and enhancements. This PM will also be the point person for product support - reviewing and escalating tickets. The work day will start at 8AM CST. Onsite is required 2-3 days a week, with Wednesday being a fixed onsite day. The products are fully hosted in Azure.

Required Skills & Experience
Comfortable onsite in Hermitage, TN 1-3 days per week (Wednesday is fixed)
10+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager or Product Development Manager
People management experience
Project management skills - manage scrum, deliverables, ceremonies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with offshore teams
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum
Proficient in Cloud application development from a Product Owner or Project Manager capacity
Experience deploying in Azure cloud environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP or Scrum/Agile certifications
