Under limited supervision, the Internal Audit Manager conducts complex financial, operational, compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. This role involves planning, executing, and reviewing audit projects, preparing work papers, and proposing recommendations based on analysis. The senior auditor will assist less experienced auditors, develop data analytics programs, and participate in special projects. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools like Power BI and Alteryx is required.

Bachelors degree preferrably in accounting, finance, or business management
3+ years of experience in financial auditing, process improvement assessments, and/or compliance projects
Experience with Microsoft Suite , Power BI and Alteryx
Strong Data Analytics Experience
CIA and/or CPA certifications required or must be actively pursuing
Additional education at the masters level is preferred.
