Job Description

A local client of ours in Brentwood, TN is looking for a Sr. Benefits Director that will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of benefits administration, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of employee benefits. The role includes supervising file feeds related to benefits, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring timely updates. Additionally, the individual will oversee the performance and operations of an outsourced call center, providing high-quality service and support for the benefits team. Strategic leadership and expertise are essential for driving improvements and innovations within the functional benefits team. Effective team and project management is also crucial, including properly escalating issues that arise.

Required Skills & Experience

6-8 Years of experience in benefits administration, including managing complex benefits issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.
2-3 Years of proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams effectively and providing strategic direction.
The ability to manage projects related to benefits administration, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
The ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare Benefits Experience
10+ years in Broader HR
Strong understanding of benefits-related software and systems, including experience with file feeds and data management.
Experience overseeing a call center.
