Objective: Develop a stable data analytics environment using the existing data warehouse, ensuring efficient integration and reporting of both legacy and new data sources. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Data Warehousing and Integration:
Utilize the current Oracle NetSuite data warehouse.
Integrate data from the acquired business, establishing a landing zone for SAP data.
Incorporate Salesforce and SAGE 300 as the new books of record.
2. Query and Report Development:
Build a standard set of queries and reports that integrate legacy data with new data from Salesforce.
Review and optimize existing reporting structures and queries.
3. Operational Oversight:
Ensure the data environment operates efficiently and meets business needs.
Provide guidance and leadership to the team for reporting and analytics.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. They will utilize the existing Oracle NetSuite data warehouse and integrate data from the acquired business, establishing a landing zone for SAP data and incorporating Salesforce and SAGE 300 as the new books of record. 10+ years in data warehousing - SQL server analytics services; SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
2+ years as an architect for data warehousing
Experience extracting data from a tier 1 and/or 2 ERP system and Salesforce
Experience with data extraction from SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP IM and SAP WM
