We are seeking an experienced Attractions Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and optimization of all rides and attractions. The ideal candidate will develop and implement procedures for preventative maintenance, ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements, and manage expense and inventory control programs. Responsibilities include conducting P&L reviews, developing forecasts, and providing strategic analysis of the department and equipment. The role also involves coordinating safety programs, conducting quarterly reviews, and developing qualified supervisors through a management trainee program. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and people skills, and maintain open communication with Safety & Operations leadership. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience are required.

5+ years of experience in a commercial or industrial maintenance technician role
3+ years of supervisory experience overseeing a team of at least 3-5 people
Highschool Diploma
