Job Description

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes and continuously improving our client experience
You will be part of a team that believes in empowering every individual to thrive and building effective teams through collaboration, both locally and globally
Review bid documents and project requirements for gas station construction projects
Participate in project turnover meetings
Develop a thorough understanding of technical reports
Assist in bid analysis, contractor selection, and budget development
Help develop initial project schedules/timelines with contractors and scheduling consultants
Route project submittals through project management software

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Proficiency in project management software, including BlueBeam; SmartSheet; AutoCAD
Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
