Job Description

The Office Manager supports project operations by overseeing all office and clerical functions to ensure efficiency and organization. Responsibilities include organizing office operations and procedures, maintaining filing systems, managing supply requisitions, and performing general clerical tasks. This role ensures proper record retention, retrieval, and disposal procedures are followed and supports procedures with construction insurances by collecting and uploading critical documents to a central filing system. The Office Manager will coordinate onboarding logistics, recruiting functions/support, manages office services such as janitorial, maintenance, and supplies, and serves as the primary liaison for insurance compliance. Additional duties include planning team events, maintaining training logs, handling travel accommodations, overseeing security systems, managing visitor access, answering phones, distributing mail, entering payroll, light accounting and expense processing, and ensuring high levels of customer service for internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential, along with skills in supply management, communication, process development, inventory control, and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 months of experience with an associate's degree
2 years of experience with a high school diploma
Proficient in Office 365 (excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Basic knowledge of construction
