Jr Data Analyst

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Jr Data Analyst to join their client success team. This resource will be the escalation point for clients who are experiencing issues with their application before it's escalated to the engineering team. This resource will need to analyze data in SQL and the company's application to troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues related to platform functionality, data discrepancies, and integrations. They'll need to demonstrate strong communication skills to clients to break down technical issues to non-technical end users. They also need to be able to translate technical issues to the engineering team when escalating.

This resource may also need to have flexibility with shifts. This person will be working a couple days on the early shift with a start time between 5:30-6am with remote flexibility. Other days may consist of a regular schedule.

- 1-3 years of relevant data analytics experience
- Strong SQL skills
- Ability to use data analysis to troubleshoot and analyze problems for clients
- Jira or Zendesk
- Strong communication & client facing capabilities
- Local to Nashville, TN and open to hybrid schedule 4 days onsite
- Flexibility with scheduling & shifts (morning and late shift).

- Financial services industry experience
