Engage, Train, and Manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via Service Now
Create, Maintain, and Retire item MDM for Features and Benefits
Manage and respond to team mailbox for inter-company and customer request

Beginner experience with SQL & beginner Tableau or Power BI experience
Intermediate experience with Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain multiple projects at the same time while making deadlines
Great communication skills
Excellent English grammar skills
Experience with Snow
Experience with Outlook and Excel
