- Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days in office)
Manage positions within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), including opening / closing requisitions, building templates, maintaining general system hygiene
Own interviewing scheduling for various phases of the recruiting process and in a variety of formats (on-site, video, debriefs, etc.)
Provide an outstanding candidate experience through thoughtful and timely communications
Develop strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers; investing in learning about the various teams and becoming engrained in the Metropolis business and culture
