Insight Global is seeking a Refund Analyst to join their healthcare client in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for supporting payment posters and clients insurance refund disputes in the Texas markets. This role involves acting as a liaison between customers and Revenue Cycle team, and Accounts Payable. Key responsibilities include collection adjustments, communicating with insurance companies for information regarding your disputed refund, providing refunds, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Experience working in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Administration support role
Experience using ECW software or NextGen software
