Job Description

A local client is looking for a Batch Support Representative that will be responsible for processing medical claims by verifying and updating information about submitted claims and reviewing the work processes required to determine reimbursement. They would be responsible for providing billing analyses of claims and applying standards of federal regulations to ensure correct billing practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Reviewing Charges, calling insurance companies, and solving customer issues to have all claims paid.
- Work closely with the payment posters and assisting with revising EOBs
- Collaborating heavily with insurance to obtain the right information to close patient claims

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience calling on insurance companies or working with bank entities.
