Insight Global is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. In this high-call-volume role, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads who have expressed interest in our healthcare products and services through our website and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and engage potential customers.
Build rapport and establish relationships with leads to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings and address any questions or concerns.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and document progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and share insights on lead conversion.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our healthcare products/services and market trends.
What this position offers:
Competitive base salary with commission structure.
Opportunity for significant earnings, with average total compensation ranging from $80,000 to $140,000.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a high-call-volume environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
