One of our top real estate clients is looking to bring on a maintenance technician to support the day to day needs of the commercial building. These technicians will be required to support the work orders sent by the tenants, and if needed add additional bring in outside support for any electrical, HVAC, or lighting issues, along with troubleshooting and housekeeping the needs of the tenants. They will be expected to be onsite at 8 am each day and work a standard 40-hour work week. These technicians will need to be able to lift at least 20 pounds, be able to climb ladders as needed, and utilize power tools on an as needed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door for a growing company and become a long-term support for the maintenance team!

2-3 years of experience in a Maintenance Technician role (preferably commercial or retail setting)
Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience working through a Ticketing System
Prior experience in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical specific
