Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors and staff.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Experience working at any of these type of industries: Property management, parking, hospitality
