A sport retail employer based in Memphis, TN is looking for a Field Support Engineer to join their Global Security Team.
This resource will be responsible for the Global Safety & Security Technology Platforms - operating systems, software packaging and deployment, and addressing risks and vulnerabilities for systems running in the Windows Client Operating System. This role involves overseeing the lifecycles of products, services, software, processes, and hardware for both PCs and servers in a highly critical business area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Windows technologies and able to effectively communicate strategies across both internal and external teams.

5+ years in a technical support role specifically within a Windows environment
Proficiency in managing configuration solutions for the Windows Operating System
Hands on experience working with Active Directory
3+ years of hands on experience with server management
Familiarity working within a Linux environments (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu)
Proven ability to perform hardware diagnostics, advanced problem-solving, and provide operational support
