A political figure in the Nashville area is looking for an executive administrative assistant to step in and manage his time, schedule, and meetings. This will include correspondence over email, attending meetings for him, managing his schedule, ensuring he is where he needs to be at all times. This might include managing travel, communicating with travel agents, managing his personal plane schedule, and double checking to make sure he has the ability to get from point A to point B. This role will include traveling with him at times, being in the office when he is in the office and being by his side at times requested. This individual will be printing meeting agendas for every meeting, setting the agenda when needed, and being extremely detail oriented. This role is specifically for someone who would like to fully invest themselves into their career.
