A client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and proven experience in assisting with large ERP or HRIS implementation projects. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of various HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and overall HR operations. This role involves streamlining HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- 3-5 years in HR or a related field, with a focus on process analysis and improvement.
-Proven experience in identifying inefficiencies and providing solutions within HR operations and procedures.
- Understanding of HR operations, including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
Experience with HRIS or ERP systems.
