A local client of ours in Nashville, TN is looking for an Qualitative Researcher to join their team on contract with the potential to convert permanently. This role requires a deep understanding of human behavior, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the customer experience. As a Qualitative Researcher, your day-to-day responsibilities would include:
· Conducting in-depth interviews and focus groups to gather insights about customer behaviors, needs, and motivations.
· Analyzing qualitative data and translating it into actionable recommendations for the business.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.
· Designing and implementing research studies to explore new market opportunities and consumer trends.
· Presenting research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
· Monitoring and interpreting cultural and social trends relevant to the retail industry.
· Continually improving research methodologies to ensure high quality and relevant insights.

Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, marketing, research, or a relaed field
Basic PowerPoint and MS Office skills
