A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is looking for an ERP Architect to join their team. This person must have extensive experience in ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.). This person will collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to assess financial systems, understand business processes, and prioritize ERP-related work. They will also be responsible for designing an ERP system architecture that integrates financial functions (accounting, budgeting, procurement) and aligns with strategic goals. They should have direct experience overseeing the ERP implementation to vendors. They will be providing technical leadership for ERP projects, ensuring smooth integration with other systems and data sources. This resource should have prior experience overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day management of the ERP system, including weekly status report updates. They will also be responsible for conducting discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management using industry best practices.

7-10 years of experience in ERP implementation, including hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
MS Dynamics implementation experience
Experience implementing to a vendor, leading vendors, understand lingo of technical team
Experience coordinating with CFO, CIO, and other C-Suite executives - great communication skills and a refined personality
Experience in managing ERP implementations implemented by vendors
Finance or Accounting background
Multiple ERP/MS Dynamics implementing experience directly to vendors
