Job Description

District Manager is responsible for 10-13 retail stores within the Murfreesboro/Nashville area. Majority of time would be spent in stores on the floor coaching/training store leaders. Developing store leaders and assisting in development of assistant managers/store associates. Walking the store ensuring standards and expectations are met to provide strong customer experience and meet sales goals. Making sales decisions to help drive the business when it comes to merchandising.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

2+ years of experience managing multi-unit retail stores (8-15 stores)

2-5+ years in a store manager or high level retail management role (larger box retail stores)

Food merchandising experience

Strong leadership skills and ability to develop team members

Resilient when it comes to problem solving
