Job Description

An employer is looking for a highly skilled Remote Crisis Text / Chat Supervisor to join one of our largest national clients. In this role you'll join a growing team, and supervise up to 5 direct reports, and supervise the call and chat lines for a national 988 call center. In this role you will manage employees as it pertains to de escalating texts and calls from individuals who are reaching out due to experiencing suicidal ideation or considering self harm. In order to be eligible for this role you must have hands on experience managing people, preferably within a crisis setting, and have hands on experience working within the mental health arena. This is a fully remote position. The shift currently available for this role is 10 pm - 6:30 am EST Fri - Tues with Wed and Thurs off each week. You will be eligible to make $3 more per hour every hour you work on the weekends from 10 pm - 4 am as well.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors degree preferably within a social sciences or mental health related field

-Ability to work EST hours, specifically 10 pm - 6:30 am EST Fri - Tues

-1-3 years of experience within the mental health field

-Experience managing people, preferably within a crisis or hotline setting
