A client in the greater Murfreesboro, TN area is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. This person must be comfortable going onsite hybrid 3-4 times a month, and then must be able to work 12 (maximum) weekends this year depending on projects. 20% of this candidates' day will be helping with Tier 1/2 tickets, and 80% will be helping the Projects Managers organize tasks, document, communicate and field technical questions on what makes sense based of the requirements gathered. To help with giving input and suggestions to the Project Managers this person must have knowledge both on the networking and server side. Some additional responsibilities include, monitoring system and networking performance, preform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration, and document processes and projects.
