One of our largest non-profit clients is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for their Nursing Education department. This role is backfilling an active full time employee while they are supporting a large company initiative. In this position you will be responsible for (with assistance/training) but not limited to:
-Minor event planning (i.e. identifying caterer, scheduling facilities/rooms) for Nursing Intern co-horts
-Entering and maintaining contracts in the internal CLM system (will learn on job)
-Ordering departmental supplies
-Coordination education opportunities with educational partners for nursing staff
-Admin support for travel, employee reimbursement, meeting scheduling etc.

- 2-3 years of experience in Administrative Coordination or Administrative Support role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (excel, ppt, outlook, word etc.)
- Comfortable navigating through different web based systems
